Website Information

This website describes exterior cleaning options and general property-care considerations. A description does not establish that a particular method is suitable for your roof, coating, glass or paving. Actual materials, condition, access and the relevant manufacturer’s instructions guide the assessment.

Quotes and Bookings

A form submission or enquiry is a request for information, not a confirmed booking or binding work order. Your written proposal identifies the suitable work, surfaces, price, inclusions, exclusions and scheduling arrangements. Work is booked after the proposal and any specific booking terms are agreed.

Service Area and Access

Coverage is confirmed using the property address. Travel, equipment positioning, available water and safe access may affect the proposal. The customer arranges authorized access to gates, shared areas and affected surfaces, including any permissions needed from neighbours, managers or residents.

Preparation and Conditions

Preparation may include closing windows, securing pets, moving vehicles and clearing portable items. The agreed scope identifies relevant requirements. Weather, surface condition and safe access may require a different booking window or an adjustment discussed before work proceeds.

Cleaning Results and Existing Defects

Cleaning addresses suitable surface buildup. It does not repair leaks, failed coatings, damaged glass, structural defects or sunken paving. Deep stains and pre-existing wear may remain. Treatment can also have a gradual result rather than removing every visible mark immediately; expectations are discussed in the proposal.

Additional Work, Pricing and Follow-Up

Newly identified work, specialist restoration, repairs, sealing and additional surfaces are outside the original scope unless agreed. Any discounts, warranties, follow-up visits, cancellation terms or payment arrangements must be stated in the written proposal. No universal permanent moss-free result or automatic renewal is implied.

Forms and Email

The website saves quote requests and can prepare an email in your own email application. You must send that email for inbox delivery. A saved request does not mean that an email or text message has been sent.
